• Baby Blankie Express deliver MON-FRI (except Public Holidays)

• At Baby Blankie Express we endeavour to deliver your item on the date requested or advised, however there may be instances where this is not possible due to unforseen circumstances. Our delivery times are based on ‘Estimate times’ only. Please note that late delivery does not warrant cancellation of the order or a refund.

• We use experienced and well established courier companies to delivery our products.

• If items do not arrive to the supplied Address, it is up to the CUSTOMER to inform staff at Baby Blankie Express who are then able contact the courier company to track the item.

• We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses supplied. Please note: Incorrect address details supplied does not constitute in a refund

• If the receiver is unavailable at time of delivery or the item needs to be re-delivered/re-directed due to incorrect delivery information provided by the sender, an additional delivery cost will be apply to the sender.

REFUNDS

• Baby Blankie Express offer a variety of high quality products. Because we package and deliver each item ourselves, we ensure a quality check is completed before shipping. If however if an item is damaged or faulty on arrival, please return it to us within 10 working days and a refund or replacement will be processed once the damage/fault has been assessed. (Including Freight)

• Baby Blankie Express accepts no responsibility if the incorrect spelling has been advised for our personalised range. When ordering personalised items, please ensure all details are checked before placing an order.

• Baby Blankie Express accepts no responsibility if the item is delivered after the estimated date of delivery and will not process refunds due to shipping delays.
